When I use a tanning bed how long is 15 min compared to time in the natural sun?
does it matter?
you'll still end up with leathery wrinkly skin in 15 years and maybe skin cancer.
Reply:About all day. Depends on what type of bed it is, 30min. or a 20min, bed. 15min is about all you need to start with. Used cheep lotion to start with and only use the more expense ones when you seem to not be getting any darker but use some kind of lotion.
