My office window is right next to me (on the right) all day long, and even though the sunlight is not shining directly on my skin, it is definitely in here, and brightening the room. Lately I feel like I'm getting freckles on the right side of my face--could it be from the indirect sunlight?
Can *indirect* sunlight cause tanning?
Definitely. It is recommended that you wear spf sunscreen if you sit by a window.

Reply:Yes it can be. Even if it is completely overcast you can still get burned by the sun.
